All content on the Site, including text, photography, video, logos, the mandala mark, the zellige pattern, typography, design elements, and the compilation of the whole, is the property of Le Vrai Traditionnel or its licensors, and is protected by Moroccan and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.
The names "Le Vrai Traditionnel", "Moulay Driss", our mandala mark, and the phrase "Three Generations. One Flame." are used as unregistered or registered marks of the restaurant. No licence is granted to use any of these without our prior written permission.
Our recipes are part of our family heritage. While the dishes we serve are rooted in public Moroccan culinary tradition, the specific preparations, photography, and written descriptions on this Site are our original work and may not be reproduced without attribution and consent.

Reservations are facilitated by our booking partner Eat-Now through a widget embedded on the Booking page, or directly by phone, email, or WhatsApp. A reservation request is a proposal from you to us; the reservation is only confirmed when we (or Eat-Now on our behalf) send you a written confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any reservation at our discretion, including where:
Menu items, prices, and availability shown on the Site are indicative and subject to change without notice. The menu served on the day of your visit is the authoritative one.

We understand that plans change. We ask that you cancel or modify your reservation as early as possible so another guest may take your seat.
The Site contains embedded content and outbound links to third-party services, including Google Maps, Instagram, WhatsApp, TripAdvisor, Restaurant Guru, and the Eat-Now reservation widget. We do not control those services, do not endorse their content beyond the specific context in which we link to them, and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, practices, or terms. Your use of a third-party service is governed solely by that service's own terms and privacy policy.
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including (to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law) warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.
We do not warrant that the Site will be free of errors, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site or the servers hosting it are free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Moroccan law, Le Vrai Traditionnel, its owners, staff, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, a reservation made through it, or a visit to the restaurant, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence, (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Moroccan law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Le Vrai Traditionnel, its owners, and its staff from any claim, damage, liability, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please read it carefully to understand how we handle personal data.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page, with the "Last updated" date at the top reflecting the latest revision. Your continued use of the Site after a change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we will highlight it prominently on the Site.
These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes), are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules that may grant you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence, the competent courts of Marrakech, Morocco shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising under these Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent court to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms are provided in English for the convenience of our international guests. In the event of any inconsistency between the English text and a translation, the English text prevails.
